56 years old male with cardiostimulator and spontateous ventricular extrasystoles after large anterior myocardial infarction in the past. Data was recorded from the torso surface. Cardiac, lung, and torso geometries were acquired and meshed. Signals were recorded in two modes: 1) with pacing in the apex of the right ventricle at 100 bpm and 2) with no pacing and spontaneous premature ventricular contractions.
